I - IO3RT and IO3AF are two special callsigns for ARI Thiene to commemorate 100th anniversary of Arturo Ferrarin's epic flight from Rome to Tokyo. Look for activity on 80-6 metres SSB, CW and digital modes between 14 February and 31 May. QSL via IQ3BM.
KL - Henry, NL0H has been active as NL0H/p [425DXN 1500] from St.Lawrence Island (NA-040) since 14 February, length of stay unknown. Look for him on 80, 40, 30 and 20 metres FT8 and SSB. QSL direct to home call.
KP4 - The Vieques Island Amateur Radio Club, NP3VI will be active from the Fortin Conde de Mirasol Museum on Vieques Island (NA-249) from 00.00 UTC on 21 February until 16 UTC on 23 February. They will operate SSB, FT8 and possibly CW on 80-10 metres. QSL via EA5GL.
OE - 4UNR is the special callsign for the VIC Amateur Radio Contest DX Club (4U1A) to celebrate World Radio Day on 13-29 February. This activity counts for Austria for DXCC, and for the Vienna International Centre for the CQ DX Marathon. QSL via UA3DX, direct or bureau.
