A6 - A60ND is the special callsign for the Emirates Amateur Radio Society to celebrate the UAE National Day (2 December). QSL via EA7FTR. Also expected to take part in the celebrations are the Bahrain Amateur Radio Society as A91UAE (26 November-2 December), the Saudi Amateur Radio Society as HZ1UAE (26 November-2 December), the Kuwait Amateur Radio Society as 9K9UAE (30 November-6 December), and possibly the Royal Omani Amateur Radio Society as A43UAE.
A6 - Patrick, A65D says that "planning is underway for an IOTA activation of the UAE coastal islands [AS-021 and/or AS-124, Ed.] by a team of operators from the Emirates Amateur Radio Society in December 2023 or January 2024". Operations are expected on most HF bands and on the QO-100 satellite, likely over two or three days. Details are expected in due course.
CY9 - The target date for the CY9C DXpedition to St. Paul Island (NA-094) [425DXN 1668] is now late August into early September 2024. The main island is controlled by the Canadian Wildlife Service and is off-limits; the team will once again have a helicopter available to access the smaller Northeast Island as there is no dock or landing area for a boat. This will be an all-mode all-band "tent and generator" DXpedition with nine operators (K4ZLE, K9CT, N2IEN, N2TU, W0GJ, W0PR, W4DKS, WA4DAN and WW2DX). HZ - HZ30EXPO is the special callsign for the Saudi Amateur Radio Society (HZ1SAR) to celebrate the election of Saudi Arabia as host country of World Expo 2030, which will take place in Riyadh. Look for activity from 30 November to 9 December.
JD1_oga- Members of the Kansai Okinawa Ham Club will be active as JD1YCE from Ogasawara on 9-19 December. They will operate CW, SSB and digital modes on the HF bands and 6 metres. QSL via LoTW, Club Log's OQRS, or direct to JA3AVO.
PA - Celebrating Christmas and the New Year, special callsign PH23XMAS will be active on 6-28 December, followed by PH24HNY from 28 December to 31 January. QSL cards will not be provided.

T32 - The Rebel DX Group will be active as T32TT from Kiritimati/Christmas Island (OC-024), East Kiribati starting on 5 December "for 3 or more weeks". Plans are to have two stations for CW, one for SSB and twelve stations for digital modes: expect "up to 10 streaming signals on each band" for both FT4 and FT8 "on normal mode and F/H mode", using "dedicated FT8/FT4 frequencies and standard frequencies depending on traffic".
